Sage (he/him) is a variety indie and FPS content creator, and Community Support Manager for Meld Studio. In addition to their PT role with Meld, they also work FT in Tier 2 Technical Support. Living with Crohn’s disease, Sage places a strong emphasis on mental health and overall well-being, both personally and within their community. When streaming, Sage is often joined by their two cats, Chewie and Fleety, along with their roommate’s dog, Montana.
Meet the founder 🌼
Hi, buds! My name is Serenity Discko (they/them), and Aloe Bud was created because I myself needed a gentle reminder that I was going to be okay.
Back in 2016, I experienced the worst burnout of my life while I was working on a political campaign. While I know better now, I felt guilt and shame for burning out and experiencing mental illness. I needed a reminder that it was ok to remember to take care of yourself.
Thus, I built the concept of Aloe Bud that exists today.
